Whenever we choose to speak, there are specific muscles that our mouth, lips and tongue use. Whenever we want to add strength to our body, we choose to complete a workout, hop on our bike or put on our running shoes for a fulfilling run. Some of us choose to pick up a racket or hit the pool. Others put on their skates or grab their skateboards. So if we know that exercising is essential, why don't we work on our strength to speak?
